Customer Relations Associate

(New Orleans, LA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to support operations in the New Orleans Lakefront Airport area. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing organization serving Government and Fortune 500 customers, with strong potential for training and career advancement based on performance.

Essential Duties:
• Report directly to the Customer Relations Manager
• Provide support primarily to Aerospace / Defense customers
• Interface with customers and vendors on a daily basis
• Collaborate with production, shipping/receiving, and estimating teams
• Manage and develop key client accounts over time
• Assist with theimplementation of a new ERP system
• Learn the industry landscape to effectively address customer needs
• Perform clerical duties and maintain database records

Requirements/Skills:
• Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to learn company products and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in customer relations or client interaction
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
• Ability to perform general office-related tasks
• Ability to lift and move light office materials as needed
