Role Overview

The Customer Relations Associate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships on a part-time basis. This remote position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a customer-centric environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service. Your primary focus will be on customer satisfaction, relationship management, and support.

Daily Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for clients and ensure their queries are resolved effectively.
  
• Engage with clients to provide timely and professional support.
  
• Educate clients on financial products and services, helping them make informed decisions.
  
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction.
  
• Utilize CRM systems for effective customer relationship management and reporting.
  
• Maintain high standards of customer service without the need for cold calling or door knocking.

Key Performance Objectives (OKRs)

• Deliver a satisfaction rate of 90% in customer feedback surveys.
  
• Achieve a monthly customer retention rate of 95%.
  
• Identify and action two new sales opportunities per quarter to enhance service delivery.
  
• Ensure CRM data is 100% up-to-date to facilitate prompt communication and service delivery.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and live in the U.S.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience in customer service, sales, or leadership is preferred.
  
• Must have computer with webcam and reliable internet.
• Life Producer license within two weeks of onboarding.
