Customer Relations Associate Daily Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
  • Engage in upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements of the Customer Relations Associate Role

  • 18 years or older
  • Pass a background check
  • Strong verbal and written communication and customer relationship management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic reporting
  • Ability to interpret customer satisfaction metrics and prepare concise summaries
  • Experience or aptitude for identifying customer service improvement opportunities
