Your Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as the Customer Relations Associate, ensuring clients receive unmatched service and satisfaction
- Maintain professional, courteous, and prompt communication with clients and associates
- Provide expert guidance in business, investment, insurance, retirement, saving, and estate planning
- Design personalized financial roadmaps to support clients in budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning
- Drive account value through upselling and cross-selling, maintaining exceptional client satisfaction

Qualifications We're Seeking
- Must be 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen
- Ability to pass a clear background check
- Exceptional communication and customer relationship management skills
- Motivated to obtain a Life Producer license within two weeks
- Proficient with Google tools, Zoom, and scheduling software
- Skilled at analyzing account health and delivering concise summaries
- Aptitude for recognizing and fostering growth opportunities
