Your Role and Responsibilities


  • Serve as the Customer Relations Associate, ensuring clients receive unmatched service and satisfaction
  • Maintain professional, courteous, and prompt communication with clients and associates
  • Provide expert guidance in business, investment, insurance, retirement, saving, and estate planning
  • Design personalized financial roadmaps to support clients in budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning
  • Drive account value through upselling and cross-selling, maintaining exceptional client satisfaction
  • No Cold Calling, No Door Knocking



Qualifications We're Seeking


  • Must be 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen
  • Ability to pass a clear background check
  • Exceptional communication and customer relationship management skills
  • Motivated to obtain a Life Producer license within two weeks
  • Proficient with Google tools, Zoom, and scheduling software
  • Skilled at analyzing account health and delivering concise summaries
  • Aptitude for recognizing and fostering growth opportunities



Preferred Experience


  • Ideal backgrounds in customer service, leadership, or management
  • Education, coaching, military backgrounds, or elite athletes are encouraged to apply
