Tampa Bay Collective is growing and looking for a Customer Relations Associate to join our team.


This is a people-focused role where you’ll work directly with customers on behalf of the campaigns we represent. You’ll help create positive interactions, answer questions, introduce customers to current products and services, and contribute to daily campaign goals.

What You’ll Do

•  Interact with customers face-to-face 
•  Build rapport and create a positive customer experience 
•  Introduce and explain client products, services, and campaigns 
•  Answer customer questions clearly and professionally 
•  Help identify customer needs and appropriate options 
•  Support customer acquisition and campaign goals 
•  Work alongside the team to achieve daily targets

This is a full-time, in-person position in the Tampa area. The role involves direct, face-to-face customer interaction and is not remote or call-center based.
