Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty
Communicate product and service information clearly and effectively to customers
Process customer requests, updates, and account information accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Track and document customer interactions using CRM tools and software
Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals and KPIs
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
