Responsibilities:- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner

- Process customer requests, updates, and account information accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Track and document customer interactions using CRM tools and software

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
