About the Role


As a Customer Relations Representative, you'll represent a variety of client campaigns through face-to-face interactions at retail venues and community events throughout the Waukesha and Milwaukee area.


Your role will focus on building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and helping clients grow their reach through engaging conversations.


Your Responsibilities

• Represent client campaigns with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Build rapport with customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Provide clear information about products, services, or charitable initiatives.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support customers through registrations, purchases, or sign-ups where applicable.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve campaign objectives.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development.
