North Rising Star is expanding our Minneapolis team and looking for a Customer Relations Representative to work directly with customers on behalf of our clients.


This is a face-to-face role where you’ll meet customers at retail and event locations, answer questions, introduce client products and services, and help create a positive experience from the first conversation through to customer acquisition.


What You’ll Do

•  Connect with customers in person and build genuine rapport 
•  Represent client products, services, and campaigns professionally 
•  Answer questions and provide clear, helpful information 
•  Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate options 
•  Support customer acquisition and daily performance goals 
•  Work alongside the team and participate in ongoing coaching

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or another people-facing environment is preferred, but we’re open to candidates with transferable skills and the right attitude.
