About our Agency: I’ve been a State Farm agent for 20 years, and before that I worked with ADT Home Systems — I’ve always been passionate about protecting people and helping them feel secure in what matters most. I attended Richland College before transferring to the University of Texas at Dallas and graduating in 1998. I’m going on 25 years married, have three kids, and one furry family member who keeps life fun outside of work.
Our agency is made up of a strong team of seven, and we’re committed to serving our community however we can — including staying connected with UTD and supporting local efforts whenever possible. Job Description: As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will be part of a collaborative team focused on reshaping the way insurance is approached. We're seeking individuals who are tech-savvy, socially connected, and eager to make a meaningful impact. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with potential clients through various channels, including social media and digital platforms.
- Educating younger demographics on the importance of insurance and tailoring solutions to their unique needs.

- Bilingual Spanish Required.
- Willingness to obtain relevant insurance licenses (training will be provided).
