RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make daily outbound dials and sell insurance.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong oral/written communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in sales and/or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to obtain (or already possess) Texas General Lines Property and Casualty and Texas General Lines Life, Accident and Health licenses.
