State Farm Agent in Gainesville, GA is seeking an insurance agent team member actively licensed in P&C Property & Casualty Insurance to join our winning team for the role of Customer Relations Representative. We are a multi-cultural office seeking an energetic bilingual (Spanish-speaking) professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Bilingual Spanish is required. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and maintain customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Retain customers considering cancellation.
Scheduling client meetings
Managing office communication flow
Work with the Agency team to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell
QUALIFICATIONS:
Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance license (must have currently)
Bilingual - Spanish required
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
Self-motivated
Proactive in problem-solving
Dedicated to customer service
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multitask
