Jennifer Jacobs - State Farm is hiring a full-time to join our fast-paced, customer-focused agency. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping others, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a supportive and high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service
- Handle policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions
- Educate clients on available insurance products and identify opportunities to cross-sell
- Assist with claims processes and follow up on customer needs
- Maintain accurate records in our agency management system
Qualifications:
- Insurance experience preferred
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organized, dependable, and customer-service driven
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
