ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019, and today I lead a talented team of eight professionals. Before becoming an agent, I built my career in the insurance industry as a Regional Vice President and District Manager in home service, experience that taught me the importance of leadership, collaboration, and putting clients first. I graduated from Limestone College with a degree in Business and have been running businesses since I was just 13 years old, so entrepreneurship and hard work are truly part of who I am.

Outside the office, I’m deeply involved in our community. I serve on the Legacies Leadership Board through the local Chamber of Commerce and coach 8U football, baseball, and basketball — all of which allow me to stay connected and give back. Community involvement is a core part of our mission, and we’re always looking for ways to make a positive impact beyond insurance.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chris Callahan - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
