ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency 25 years ago, after starting my career with State Farm back in February of 1989. I grew up locally in the Bellevue area, earned my Economics degree from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, and stayed active growing up playing basketball and soccer. Today, I’m a proud parent of two grown kids who live nearby, and we also have two dogs that keep life fun.


Our agency has a team of six employees, and we’ve built a culture that feels welcoming, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of. We love celebrating birthdays, holidays, and work anniversaries together, and our office always feels festive and connected throughout the year.

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Becky Schuler - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
