What You’ll Do:

1. Be the first friendly face (or voice) our customers connect with—whether that’s answering questions, solving problems, or just making someone’s day better.
2. Juggle phone calls, emails, and in-person chats with ease—like a customer-care ninja.
3. Keep track of customer needs and follow up so they know we’re always in their corner.
4. Translate “insurance talk” into “real people talk” so customers feel empowered, not overwhelmed.
