Job Description:
As a Customer Relationship Manager at Jason Breland State Farm, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. You will be expected to uncover customer needs and pivot to appropriate products such as life insurance and financial services, providing tailored solutions that best fit each client’s unique situation. Your role will involve managing customer accounts, fostering loyalty, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through proactive communication and personalized service.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize customer experience and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Manage customer accounts, including contract renewals and service follow-ups.
  • Prepare detailed reports on customer interactions and trends to support business decisions.
Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to obtain property, casualty, health, and life insurance licenses prior to employment, with full reimbursement provided after the first 30 days of employment.
