Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional service on inbound calls and walk-in customer visits
Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism
Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews
Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention
Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system
Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
Qualifications
No prior insurance experience required
Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license
Positive, professional, customer-first attitude
Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
