ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Customer Relations Representative with Lori Ann Spachek State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.

  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Proactively sell insurance and financial products by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Generate new business through outbound outreach, follow-up, and referrals.
  • Guide customers through applications, quotes, and renewals to close the sale.
  • Cross-sell and upsell to existing customers to deepen relationships and maximize value.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain one.

Compensation: $38,000-$48,000 per year

Compensation includes a performance-based commission structure. Additional compensation details can be discussed during the interview process.
