Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service on inbound calls and walk-in customer visits
• Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism
• Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews
• Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention
• Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system
• Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license
• Positive, professional, customer-first attitude
• Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills

Pay range: $60,000–$80,000 per year, including a base salary of $38,000–$48,000 plus commissions and bonuses. High performers earn $90,000+. Your earning potential grows with your performance, and top performers may exceed this range.
