We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused individual to handle incoming calls and provide excellent service to our clients. This role involves answering calls, assisting with customer needs, navigating multiple software systems, and triaging requestsresolving issues when possible or routing them appropriately and following up.
Salary Range: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
