We are seeking a professional and articulate Customer Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our discerning clientele, providing an exemplary service that reflects the quality and prestige of our brand. You will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry to project completion.

    Responsibilities

    * Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, responding to enquiries via telephone, email, and our website in a timely and professional manner.
    * Provide detailed information about our bespoke products and services, understanding client needs and guiding them appropriately.
    * Liaise effectively with internal teams, including designers, architects, and stonemasons, to ensure clear communication and smooth project progression.
    * Maintain and update client records with a high degree of accuracy using our CRM system.
    * Manage client expectations and resolve any issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    * Prepare quotations, process orders, and provide administrative support to the sales and design departments.
    * Uphold the company's brand values and reputation for excellence in every client interaction.

    Qualifications

    * Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the luxury goods, architecture, or interior design sectors.
    * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
    * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and industry professionals.
    * Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    * A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
    * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software.
    * A genuine interest in craftsmanship, masonry, or luxury design is highly desirable.
