Customer Retention & Cross-Sell Producer

POSITION SUMMARY

Advantixx Insurance is seeking a licensed Customer Retention & Cross-Sell Producer to strengthen customer relationships, improve policy retention, and identify appropriate opportunities to round out existing accounts. This is a full-time, onsite employee position in Henderson, Nevada, reporting to agency leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct proactive renewal, retention, and policy-review outreach.

• Identify coverage gaps and present suitable personal-lines solutions based on documented customer needs.

• Cross-sell eligible products only within active license, appointment, training, and written agency authority.

• Respond professionally to billing, policy-change, renewal, and general service questions.

• Document every material customer interaction, recommendation, consent, and follow-up accurately in agency systems.

• Protect confidential customer, prospect, carrier, and agency information.

• Meet approved retention, cross-sell, quality, follow-up, and customer-experience expectations without using misleading or high-pressure practices.

• Escalate complaints, coverage concerns, potential errors, privacy incidents, and compliance issues promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Nevada Property & Casualty producer license in good standing.

• Insurance service, retention, account-management, or sales experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, documentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to explain coverage clearly without making unauthorized promises or representations.

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills and Life & Health licensing are preferred.

LICENSING AND COMPLIANCE

A producer license alone does not authorize every carrier, product, or activity. The selected candidate may sell, solicit, negotiate, recommend, or bind insurance only when properly licensed, appointed where required, trained, and expressly authorized by Advantixx Insurance and the applicable carrier.

COMPENSATION AND EMPLOYMENT NOTICE

Final hourly compensation, commission eligibility, bonus eligibility, and benefits will be stated in the written offer and applicable plans. Employment is at will to the extent permitted by Nevada law. Nothing in this posting guarantees compensation, benefits, continued employment, or authority to act for the agency or any carrier.
