As a Retention Specialist, you’ll work directly with merchants to resolve past-due balances, negotiate payment solutions, and help maintain strong client relationships. What You’ll Do

• Contact merchants regarding past-due accounts through inbound and outbound calls
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement options
• Follow up consistently on delinquent accounts to drive resolution
• Build rapport while maintaining professionalism and empathy
• Meet and exceed individual performance goals in a results-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For

• Spanish speaking a plus
• Prior collections or sales experience a plus
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Experience negotiating payment plans or settlements
• Ability to navigate difficult conversations
• Comfortable making 50-100+ calls per day
• Competitive mindset and ability to handle pressure
