We’re an award-winning, local insurance agency in Everett, WA looking for a full-time Insurance Sales Producer to join our fully licensed team. If you have sales experience and you’re ready to grow with a high-performing agency, we’d love to hear from you.
Pay & Benefits
Hourly wage up to $30/hour

What You’ll Do
Quote and present insurance options that fit each client’s needs
Follow up on leads and help grow new business
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Manage sales pipeline activity and keep client information organized
Provide the high level of service our clients expect
Who We’re Looking For
Sales experience required
Must be currently licensed (or obtain within 90 days of initial hire date)
Strong communication skills and a professional, consultative approach
Self-motivated and comfortable working toward goals
