Customer Retention Specialist to support ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office growth. This position focuses on outreach, policy renewals, and relationship maintenance.
Responsibilities- Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals and coverage options.
- Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.
