Seeking a
Customer Retention Specialist to support ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office growth. This position focuses on outreach, policy renewals, relationship maintenance and in book sales.
Responsibilities- Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals and coverage options.
- Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives.
- Appointment setting- Monthly commissions- In bound sales
Qualifications- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and listening skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience.
- Previous experience in customer service or account management preferred.
- Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
