Were looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales Representative. This role combines service and sales, giving you the opportunity to help clients with their current policies while also identifying ways to better protect them.
Youll be the go-to person for client support while earning additional income through commission on new policies and cross-selling opportunities.
Salary Range: $45000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage reviews
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell (auto, home, life, and specialty lines)
- Generate new business through referrals, follow-ups, and inbound opportunities
- Review policies with clients to uncover coverage gaps and recommend solutions
- Process endorsements, payments, and documentation accurately
- Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and growth
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- An active Property and Casualty License is a plus, must be willing to obtain license before start date (Licensing Assistance Provided).
- Comfortable discussing products and making recommendations
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
