Theresa Simes-Farmers Insurance Agency in FOUNTAIN VALLEY, California, is looking for a detail-oriented, professional, and friendly individual to join our team. We are a busy insurance office with 42 years in the business. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, and we know that with your positive attitude you will be the perfect fit for this role.

Each day you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, greeting office visitors throughout the day, as well as cross-selling to our clients and quoting new prospects.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

Immediately greet all customers entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.

Take premium payments from customers.

Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service and support.

Develop and maintain client relationships.

Quote existing clients and new prospects, helping them to obtain coverage from our agency.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Professional phone etiquette.

Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.

Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.

Great Customer Service Skills.

No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn.
