Customer Sales Associate

Legacy Innovations is expanding our team in Mandan, ND, and are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join us as Customer Sales Associates. This is an entry-level, on-site position ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in sales, customer service, and business development.

As a Customer Sales Associate, you will act as a trusted resource for customers by providing personalized consultations and recommending solutions that best fit their needs. You'll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience while contributing to individual and team sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Conduct one-on-one consultations to provide tailored solutions

• Process new customer accounts, updates, and service requests
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems
• Stay up to date on current offerings, promotions, and service options

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to work on-site in Mandan, ND
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required
