Description

The Customer Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the sales process with tailored product demonstrations and consultative conversations. In this on-site role, you will playa key part in growing our customer base by understanding client needs, showcasing the value of our software platform, and supporting pipeline development, including managing internet and social media content. You will collaborate closely with the product team to ensure a seamless experience from first contact through closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily product demonstrations via Microsoft Teams, customizing each session to address the specific pain points and goals of prospective clients.
  • Engage prospective clients through discovery conversations to uncover their needs and deliver compelling, targeted presentations.
  • Manage and progress a pipeline of prospects, tracking activity, follow-ups, and outcomes in Zoho CRM with consistent accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales demo reports, including key metrics such as demos conducted, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
  • Manage internet and social media content and promote new features for the software platform.
  • Stay current on product features, competitive landscape, and industry trends to confidently address client questions and objections.
  • Collaborate with the product and support teams to relay client feedback and contribute to ongoing platform improvements.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in software sales, technical sales support, or a customer-facing role in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Comfortable presenting and explaining technical software solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience using a CRM platform to manage and track customer interactions (Zoho CRM experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or experience working in an Agile environment, which supports effective collaboration with our product and development teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, data tracking, and pipeline analysis.
  • Prior experience with social media marketing or digital content coordination.


Salary Description

$17/hr - $19/hr
