Precision Display Repairs (PDR), located in Camarillo, CA has an opening for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for direct communications with customers, including through telephone and email. The main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Job Functions:
- Deal directly with Customers as first point of contact
- Follow up with Customer inquiries
- Provide Customer with product and service information
- Identify, research and resolve Customer issues using the computer system
- Update Customer information in computer system, as needed
- Verify shipped product is scanned out at the correct price in the computer system
- Advise Accounting via email of invoicing $ amounts for shipped product, along with a copy of packing list
- Production of Customer Performance Reports
- Assign RMAs as necessary
Marginal Job Functions:
- Knowledge of general office clerical procedures.
- Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to regularly exercise sound judgment.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
- Will participate in and support safety initiatives, safe work practices and compliance.
- Will participate in safety activities including the following: immediately reporting hazards, unsafe work practices and accidents/injuries.
- Will follow all safety rules, FAA regulations, PPE compliance and equipment operation requirements.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands: May require the following: sitting or standing for extended periods of time; frequent walking, bending, and reaching to shoulder level; occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling weight up to 20 pounds; repetitive hand movement; eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity; corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Equipment Operated: Ability to operate office machines and equipment and troubleshoot problems with equipment.
Work Location: PDR facility in Camarillo, CA
Protective Equipment Required: None
Potential Hazards: Minimal; PDR is a non-hazmat company.

Education/Training: High school diploma; AS in Administration a plus
Experience: At least two years of related customer service-related experience, customer-facing role, or related field preferred.
