Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries • Recommend/sell moving services, products, supplies, equipment, and other value-added services based on cost, availability, and customer specifications • Input information into internal move software to provide accurate moving estimates and schedule moves • Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and customer satisfaction goals • Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns • Prepare move-related paperwork and documents • Utilize your sales expertise to secure critical sales • Continually maintain a thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and effectively oppose any customer objections • All other duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful) are essential.
Cookeville or surrounding area native is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills are necessary.
Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively is required.
Accurate; consistent attention to detail is crucial.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities is necessary.
Ability to multi-task and enter customer data into move software while on the phone is required.
Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale is necessary.
Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities is required.
Basic computer/keyboarding skills are necessary.
Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Core Values is essential.
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check.
