Customer Sales & Service Representative (Inside/Outside)

All Seasons Kitchen, located in Mohnton, PA, a manufacturer of delicious premium quality deli salads, BBQ sauce, Hot Sauce, Dressings, Marinades and various other cooking sauces, is hiring a Customer Sales and Service Representative.

We are looking for an individual to interface with our Customers as well as our internal team members, ultimately providing service to both. This position is a combination of Inside/Outside Customer Service as well as other operational duties. 

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with our customers and solving any issues they may have
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers
• Obtaining orders from our customers by phone, email and fax
• Working with internal team members to ensure orders get processed
• Delivering add-ons and shortages to customers when necessary
• Picking up various ingredients for production when unavailable from primary sources
• Tech-savvy: experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Maintain basic financial records (e.g., invoice tracking, expense reports, petty cash)
• Provide general support to operations, production, and customer service teams as needed
• Jump in on miscellaneous projects—every day may look a little different!
• Support company leadership with scheduling, documentation, and communication

Qualifications:

·         Prior experience in office coordination, administration, or a similar role

·         Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·         Excellent communication and people skills

·         Comfortable working in a casual but fast-paced production environment

·         Tech-savvy: experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office

·         Ability to work independently and take initiative

·         Familiarity with small businesses or manufacturing environments is a plus
