✅ SUMMARY
Provide administrative and customer service support in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment.
➡️ JOB DUTIES
- Answer emails and phone calls
- Schedule carrier appointments (load scheduling)
- Print shipping labels, documents, and BOLs
- Scan, file, and maintain reports
- Perform general office support tasks
✔️REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Basic computer skills (Word, email, data entry)
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn warehouse systems
