Job Title: Customer Service
Pay: $18-$20 per hour
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle a variety of client interactions and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent service. You'll work closely with your team to deliver results that matter.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for

• Answering and transferring phone calls efficiently
• Processing payments and uploading them into company websites
• Sending email and letter communications to clients for upcoming renewals
• Pulling cancellation notices and reinstatement forms, recording details in the system
• Handling daily downloads, invoicing policies, and issuing Auto ID Cards
• Processing change requests and working collaboratively with licensed agents
• Scanning documents and attaching them to the management system

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a general office environment—standing, sitting, and using computers
• Good communication skills via phone and email
