Role Description The Customer Service Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cornelius, NC. In this position, the individual will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that policy information is accurate and up to date. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, processing policy changes, preparing and reviewing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and carriers to support client needs. The role involves proactively communicating with clients about renewals, coverage options, and service updates, as well as maintaining detailed records in the agency management system. The Customer Service Account Manager is expected to provide consistent, professional service and contribute to a positive and collaborative office environment.\n
