Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of insurance clients.

Proactively reach out to clients to review their current coverage, identify potential gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions.

Sell new policies, process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.

Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure seamless client service.

Stay informed about new insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.


Requirements

Active Alaska Producer's License for Property & Casualty is sought but we do offer a training program if not licensed yet.

Proven experience in customer service or a client-facing role within the insurance industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.

A genuine passion for helping people and building lasting relationships.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with insurance quoting software and CRM systems is a plus.
