Customer Service & Account Manager - Print Industry!

We're partnering with a well‑established, print and packaging manufacturer to hire a Customer Service & Account Manager. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on PRINT industry experience who understands specs, workflows, production timelines, and customer expectations in a custom manufacturing environment. This is a direct hire opportunity that is fully onsite in St. Paul!

What You'll Do

• Act as the key internal liaison between customers, sales, and operations teams
• Handle customer communication by phone and email, including order updates, spec clarification, and issue resolution
• Process and maintain customer orders within the internal order management system
• Prepare, organize, and maintain job specifications and order documentation for internal use
• Work cross‑functionally with production, sales, and quality teams to support accurate, timely order fulfillment
• Engage in daily production discussions to stay aligned on priorities, timelines, and workflow
• Adhere to established ISO and cGMP standards, procedures, and quality guidelines

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of B2B Customer Service or Account Management experience in the PRINT INDUSTRY is ideal.
• NICE TO HAVE's:
• You speak fluent print - from specs and production steps to custom manufacturing workflows
• You notice the small details others miss - even when juggling multiple priorities
• Naturally organized with a strong sense of urgency (deadlines don't sneak up on you)
• Comfortable navigating Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry systems without breaking a sweat
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented manufacturing environment where collaboration matters

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay $26 - $31/hour, based on experience
