Customer Service Administrative Assistant - Part Time

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle cashier responsibilities for the Service and Parts Departments
• Handle filing, scanning, and auditing of paperwork for the dealership
• Contact customers via phone
• Assist in daily rental transactions
• Maintain and organize cash drawer 
• Other duties as assigned

Hours:   

• 2-3 days a week 3:00pm - 6:05pm (flexible on an earlier start time and later end of shift time)
• Every other Saturday 6:45am – 3:30pm

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work independently
• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing, and positive personality
• Customer Service Experience preferred
• Professional appearance
• Must be punctual and reliable
• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation:

•  $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
