What You Need to Know About the Schedule

This role follows a consistent, set schedule so you always know what to expect:

• Tuesday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Days Off: Sunday & Monday

Position Details

• Position: Customer Service Administrator
• Pay Rate: $24-26/hour
• Location: Concord Campus: 1220 Diamond Way, Concord, CA 94520

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma (18+)
• At least 1 year of customer service or leadership experience in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication, direction-following and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems (iClass Pro, Slack, Salesforce, etc.)

• Manage Accounts: Assist with enrollments, updates, and account changes
