About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Administrator. This role is responsible for supporting daily service operations, coordinating service calls, assisting the Service Manager, processing invoices, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient branch operations.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage incoming customer service calls and messages
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Schedule, coordinate, and track service requests
  • Create and process work orders, invoices, and service documentation
  • Communicate service status updates with customers and vendors
  • Assist with timekeeping, filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks
  • Support the Service Manager with daily operational needs
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of administrative or office support experience
  • Experience in heavy equipment, construction, or service-related industries preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Schedule
  • Monday - Friday
  • Typical hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Overtime or occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs
