Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a Customer-focused individual with strong mechanical aptitude to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automative or mechanical experience - such as automative technician, parts specialist or mechanic - who is ready to transition into office-based customer service role.

IN this position, you will work directly with consumer over the phone, helping them to identify the correct repair parts, process orders, answer product questions and provide exceptional customer service. Approximately 90% of the calls will be from exisiting customers placing mail orders while 10% may invole assisting new customers.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Process mail orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers in identifying the correct parts and repair solutions.
• Provide pricing, product availability and order status information
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Resolves customer questions and concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
