This support role assists Customer Logistics Analysts and SMR Planners in managing order revisions, swaps, and import adjustments, ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities include clearing EDI IDOC failures, tracking product allocations and shipments, and centralizing order communication.
Additional duties involve managing specific brand order changes, running reports, following up on barrel orders, and handling special orders and reconciliations.
Requirements include 2+ years in customer service, supply chain planning, or logistics within the beverage alcohol or fast-paced CPG industry, along with an associate or bachelor’s degree.
Proficiency in order management systems (SAP preferred), MS Office (especially Excel), strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.
Candidate should demonstrate strong relationship-building, analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
