JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Provide client support with a “people-first” mentality
*Work with customers who have complaints, orders, or require information about products/services purchased
*Provide solutions that fit individualized situations and prioritize the customer needs during each step of the process
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Seeking candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel in a challenging yet quality-focused environment
*Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
*Able to handle escalations and de-escalation while staying calm
