Our client is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of the Help Desk support team supporting clients with technical issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Pay Range:$18

What's the Job?
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic software and hardware problems for clients.
  • Log, document, and maintain records of client issues and resolutions.
  • Resolve simple problems promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Assist clients by answering 'How-To' questions to improve their system usage.
  • Contribute to knowledge base entries based on client interactions and issues.

What's Needed?
  • At least 6 months of experience in a call center environment or IT role.
  • Some IT schooling or degree in Information Technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
