Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
Assist clients with account questions, transactions, and general financial service needs
Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client concerns
Educate clients on products, services, and account features
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial industry regulations
Requirements:
Prior customer service experience, preferably in financial services or brokerage
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with MS. Office (Comfortable with the daily use of basic Excel and Word).
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
FINRA licenses (Series 7, 63, or equivalent) a plus but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
