Responsibilities
Respond to customer questions and service requests

Listen to customer concerns and assist with appropriate solutions
Document customer interactions and relevant feedback
Assist customers during promotional activities

Maintain professional service standards throughout each interaction
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Reliable and customer-focused
Ability to remain organized while handling multiple requests
Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required
