Now hiring Customer Service Agent

Location: Lowell, AR

Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour

Shift:

• Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Monday -Friday | 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Monday - Friday | 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Tuesday - Saturday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• No rotating schedules!
• This is an in-office position - Candidates must be available to travel to the work site location (Lowell) and work on-site.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has strong communication and customer service skills
• Pays close attention to detail and has the ability to follow procedures
• Is comfortable using computers, phones, and basic office software
• Can stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do:

• Help customers schedule delivery dates and times
• Communicate through phone, computer, and email systems
• Provide accurate, professional support - no sales, just service
• Maintain detailed records and ensure follow-through on requests
