Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Call Center Agents for a healthcare services company in a remote setting. In this role, you’ll support outbound calling campaigns to engage individuals and ensure completion of important health-related actions. What You’ll Do as a Call Center Agent:- Make outbound calls to individuals regarding health screening kit returns
- Document interactions accurately in a CRM system
- Use softphone technology to manage and complete calls
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA compliance guidelines
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues independently to stay productive #Alexjobs
What You Need to Bring to the Call Center Agent Role:- Strong computer skills and digital literacy
- Must live in Minnesota
- Ability to work from a private, quiet, and distraction-free home workspace
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High level of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Entry-level candidates are welcome
